July 19, 2003:

Welcome to the new home of the Prince David's Sailor Moon and Prince Darien Website (David A.K.A. Chibi-Wallin)!!!

Almost three whole years after the last update... I've gotten over 100,000 hits now!  Thanks to EVERYONE who visited this site and made it so popular!

In case you were wondering why this site hasn't been updated in so long, there are a couple of reasons, one in particular is obvious - the Sailor Moon series stopped advancing long ago.  So, besides Sailor Stars which was never released in the U.S., there hasn't been anything to update about until recently.

The other reason is because the old website was hosted by a dial-up company that my family stopped using long ago when cable internet became popular.  I have no idea why they never shut down the page, and it's still up right now for some strange reason, but I can no longer update it.  The e-mail still works, but it's seldom written to, and I read the e-mail from that address even less often than I get it (it's so old that all I get are junk mail ads... yay...).  You can still mail me there, for whatever reason, if for nothing else to verify that I'm also Chibi-Wallin, but if you have anything to write about otherwise, please send it on to the new one (wallin@chibiknights.com).

So why the update now?  Recently Chibi-Acer bought the DVD collection of the first Sailor Moon series (the big expensive one, with 8 discs, all in Japanese).  I was somewhat disappointed that it only came in Japanese, but as the first DVD contains 3 episodes that were never released in America (in the first unreleased one, Melvin, or Umino in Japanese, flipped Haruna's skirt... I guess they didn't think Americans could handle panty shots. ^^;;).  The quality is not as sharp as most animes on the market today, but it's great if you're a big fan... it's so nostalgic for me!  ^_^

The old news is, well, OLD.  Obviously Sailor Moon is no longer shown on the Cartoon Network (unless they put it at some weird time slot).  However, you can now get the Sailor Moon DVDs in America, including all three movies, the first season in Japanese up to the part where Queen Beryl is defeated.  There's also the English set that is currently up to 14 volumes, and that covers only up to where the Sailor Scouts meet Rini.  And last but not least, the S and Super S series are both out on DVD.  If you've seen Sailor Stars, or at least heard of it, you can probably guess why it hasn't been released, and it's a wonder if they'll ever be.

If you don't know why Sailor Stars was never released, you're probably old enough to understand and even get a laugh out of it.  The newest addition to the Sailor team are three GUYS who transform into GIRLS.  Big no-no on American television.  Though there have been stranger things on DVD...

There will be new additions of screenshots from the television series, as well as more movie shots.  I also added a new separate links page to cut down on lag time a little.  The direct download page is under construction and was taken down for the time being.

Again, thank you to EVERYONE who made this site big!  Enjoy your stay!

OLD NEWS

August 29, 2000: The Sailor Moon S series has been shown Cartoon Network!  Sailor Moon Super S is scheduled to come out sometime next month.  I thought Serena's voice was a big high pitched at first, but, after a while they seem to have gotten everything under control.  I loved Rini's voice!  Hope you all enjoyed the show!

I also changed the Sailor Scout Attacks page so that the new English version attacks are there, and also changed some other things around there.  As some of you may have noticed I added images to the main page and messed around with quite a few other things, I hope you all like it a lot more!!

There was one picture I wasn't quite sure what to do with, so I stuck it under the fan art section.  At this time I do not have an infinite amount of web space, so please don't send me any right now.

April 17, 2000: It has been confirmed that there will be NEW Sailor Moon episodes out in America from the S and SuperS series!  I know you're all going to love them, I know I sure did in Japanese.  Hopefully they won't get bad voice actors or anything like that, but anyway, it's going to be great!

October 11, 1999: The Sailor Moon movies are out in stores!  You can find them in stores now (you could before too but I didn't bother putting that up...)!

July 29, 1999: I apologize for the long wait/absence. I've been very busy for a while and didn't think I had much else to do here. Of course, I was wrong. I didn't realize I hadn't put up any pictures from the Sailor Moon Super S movie. Now that they are up, I need to do is the Sailor Moon R movie, and some other things of course. Well, enjoy the Sailor Moon SS page!

Note: The Sailor Moon Super S Page is missing pictures. I didn't go through the whole movie, and some things I skipped by mistake.
