This information is somewhat reveiling!
Don't read unless you want to know what happens in the game!

Races you can count on:

• Humans (of course)
• Syreen
• Utwig (only halfway)
• Pkunk

Races that will either leave or will be unable to help you:
Don't give them colonies.

• VUX
• Mycon
• Ur-quan
• Chmmr (not so bad later on)
• Orz
• Spathi
• Arilou
